Looking at the pictures more closely it is not even the date of when they were here. I had a small locally owned independent company come out to give me their opinion. They found NO cracks and stated the duct work is totally sufficient for my home. I feel I was perhaps scammed. Independent contactor restarted furnace and ran carbon monoxide test and detected absolutely no carbon monoxide. I hesitate but am inclined to inform authorities of possible deceptive business practice.

Technician showed up an hour and 15 min late, shrugged shoulders saying he had a long drive across town. Said it would take him an hour for the check-up on the AC, but he'd try to hurry. He was done in less than 15 minutes so I question how thorough he was. Did not review any of his findings. Did not ask if I had any questions, but asked if I wanted to renew my yearly check-up ... and I said definitely not. Also, was not contacted about my yearly AC check-up until August ... at the tail end of the summer. If I had problems with my AC, they should have been doing check-ups early in the season. In the past, the technicians have been wonderful, but this guy was awful.

Installed full 80% system and tstat No smart AC available to replace yet. Blower speed adjusted Heat test fired AC charged and tstat set to 69° per customer request
Sold 3 ton 13-14 seer AC/Coil and 80% 75-80k btu gas furnace, reinstall humidifier, re-install new Smart AC (existing defective) **also left a window unit here.
Customer said the repair is holding up well and that replacement is just not in her budget right now. She would prefer to monitor the system and ride it out for now.
Went for an out today. System on condenser unit was off. Did replace and was failing at first. System is running. Did test for amperage and fan motor is close to max. Compressor is passing for amperage. Did clean condenser unit. Pressure were low and will monitor with the smart ac sensors. Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Doing routine maintenance for a furnace and AC. After checking everything all components. Are operating under manufacture specifications. I cleared out the drainage, hose and suction line and cleaned off the heat sensor. Static pressure is still high and at some point should be addressed. In the meantime, I did lower the fan speed by one to ensure that we are putting too much static pressure on the system, even though we are still far over its max.
Found loose and leaking union. Tightened the union and performed soap and bubble gas leak search. System is sealed.
Arrived to customer for a furnace tuneup in during the process of the inspection receive the high, called on static pressure along with discovering a dirty filter. All other components met within factory specs.
